- Arbitrum’s fast-growing decentralized exchange Dolomite is now available on Polygon’s zkEVM.
- The plan is to use an improved trading system with ZK technology on Polygon.
Dolomite, a top DEX on Arbitrium, is going to start being used on Polygon’s new zkEVM. This is an important step in bringing Decentralized Finance (DeFi) to the crypto world.
Dolomite is now able to integrate with Polygon’s zkEVM
Dolomite is the first to use the Polygon zkEVM chain. It is ready to help with trading and making DeFi profits for special assets in the Polygon system.
At first, the platform will let you use things like USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), and Polygon (MATIC). They also plan to add many more things soon. Dolomite wants to team up with Polygon’s zkEVM to do well like they did on Arbitrum and work together with other zkEVM projects.
Dolomite chose to start using Polygon’s zkEVM at a time when the network is getting more popular. It stands out from other chains because it can handle a lot of transactions, is very secure, and works like the Ethereum Virtual Machine. Polygon zkEVM reduces the amount of traffic on the Ethereum network by combining transactions and using a special technology, which makes transactions faster and more efficient.
Polygon’s Proof-of-Stake network is the seventh-largest in the industry, with almost $1 billion in Total Value Locked. This gives a strong base for the growth of Polygon zkEVM.
Polygon zkEVM was created last year and has made a lot of progress. 56 projects have been launched on the platform during its testing phase. We are now in Stage 2 of development, where we are focusing on growing responsible decentralized applications (dApps) and activating on-chain activity.
In the next few months, we will slowly release new dApps and educational programs to help the community grow. Also, in March, Stage 3 will bring a big improvement to the Polygon zkEVM client, removing all restrictions on how much work it can handle at once.
Jack Melnick, who is in charge of DeFi at Polygon Labs, praised the integration of Dolomite with Polygon zkEVM. He said,
“The team has quickly started to make connections and build partnerships for many of the special assets on the chain. “
Dolomite’s advanced building design
Dolomite’s success comes from its advanced design, which is pushing the limits of decentralized finance markets.
Dolomite helps people trade assets more efficiently and with more flexibility. Supported by major investment firms in the cryptocurrency industry, Dolomite has become one of the best lending platforms on Arbitrum. It supports a growing number of assets.
Melnic said that Dolomite’s Virtual Liquidity system works well with the processes on Polygon zkEVM. It lets users easily access value and keeps their DeFi rights safe.
Being part of Polygon Labs’ “DeFi Unleashed” campaign shows that it is a leader in the growing Polygon zkEVM ecosystem. Dolomite will give out over $50,000 in rewards to users of certain projects. This will help attract and keep a lot of different users.
